Warming: Place in center of microwave and heat in 30 second intervals until comfortably warm (not hot) to the touch. Never leave microwave unattended during warming.
Cooling: Place in freezer in a sealed plastic bag for a few hours.
Care: To wash, first remove the inner seed packet (do not wet or wash the seed packet). Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, air dry. Fabric is not pre-washed so some minimal shrinkage may occur.
Caution: Do not overheat. Overheating may cause the product to burn and /or have a "cooked" smell. Overheating can also cause skin burns. Our foot warmers are designed for relaxing and are not to be worn for walking.
